Terms and Conditions

By booking your stay or using the services of Eden Riverside Camp (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or authorized travel platforms.

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment (amount and method will be communicated at the time of booking).

  • The remaining balance, if any, is payable at check-in.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.) at the time of check-in.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made [X days] before the check-in date are eligible for a full/partial refund.

  • Cancellations made within [X days] of check-in are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or no-shows.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to respect fellow campers, nature, and camp property.

  • Playing loud music, littering, or any disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Alcohol and smoking are permitted only in designated areas (if applicable).

  • Illegal activities or possession of prohibited substances will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.

6. Camp Rules

  • Bonfires and other activities are subject to weather conditions and government regulations.

  • Please do not feed or disturb wildlife.

  • Swimming in the river (if applicable) is at your own risk. No lifeguards are present.

  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

7. Liability

  • Eden Riverside Camp is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft incurred during your stay.

  • Guests are responsible for their belongings and safety.

  • You agree to indemnify Eden Riverside Camp against any damage caused to camp property by you or your guests.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather.

9. Pets
